Rolling Pin Painting - Happy Birthday America!

Its the 4th of July today and so we celebrated by painting the flag of our new home!
It was a fun and easy activity for my two kids to do.
Cut out stars and stripes and stick them onto rolling pins. I used surgical tape because it has a papery texture so it would take the paint.
Set up the paint on a tray and roll the rolling pin in the paint making sure that it is evenly covered in paint. Roll down the plain white paper to make the stripes. I used blue origami paper and white paint to make the stars. Wait for it to dry and glue together.
